A very unique web-enabled generation reporting mechanism wCare, keeps our customers updated with the performance of their wind power plant on a daily basis.
wCare is a one-of-its-kind internet Customer portal that gives Daily Generation Reports (DGR) , the status of the wind farm and turbines on a day to day basis. The objective of wCare is to create a sense of transparency in generation reporting and to keep a central control on the various activities related to power generation.
We also partner our customers in celebrations and joy, viz. a flag hosting ceremony at the site, a 'VaayuPooja' for good wind and a Valedictory Function at our Wind World Training Academy (WTA). Extending greetings on their birthdays, festivals or achievements is our way to express 'We - CARE'.
